Active staff, I felt at home!

Had a comfortable stay for business trip, everything was modern. The rooms were beautifully decorated and new-fashioned, had a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets in the bathroom. I enjoyed both wake-up service and extremely comfy bed.

The location was incredibly comfortable and convenient for walking on the Waterfront in a very pleasant area, and the Altona district was definitely worth visiting.

Fantastic location, helpful staff, private parking. Stopped by oh it's fresh to get some coffee and treats, it's so close to the venue, recommend.

the property seemed clean and the room was silent and big size. the staff was superfriendly and efficient, excellent services.

The room was modern and spacious, offering a lovely view and a comfortable bed. the location of the property was fantastic, right on the port. It was conveniently close to Hamburg’s conference center, restaurants, and sightseeing opportunities, including the great Bistro Rive fish restaurant.

Location is great, room Nr 605 has a good view to the river. The room is really good, very good and luxus equipped.

Personal in recepcion on the weekend with in a reduced time frame.

The situation; rooms nicely furnished

No air conditioning, and very noisy street in the night, so it was not possible to sleep with open windows. Receptionist was not on duty as advertised, very poor assistance from her part and rude response to our remarks.

Great sized rooms of a high quality for a fair price. Good location overlooking the river and handy for the S-bahn.

Great location near fish market. Beautiful view over the water. Spacious and clean apartment. Super comfortable bed and living room. Excellent service and complimentary sparkling wine on my birthday. Comfortable spot for a 3-night stay, this place was top-notch. Our apartment had a great view and free wifi was a nice bonus! 🌟

Very nicely appointed and spacious studio apartment. Reception desk is not manned 24 hours per day but I did find the receptionist efficient and helpful. Best thing about the Clipper-Elb is the location and it is only a short walk to the many bars and restaurants along the harbour.

Only disappointment was cost of internet which is is €19 per day! This gives out a message that the lodge simply does not care if you require internet access, but these days a low cost internet service is a pre- requisite for any hotel. For those prepared to pay €19 / day or €5 per hour, the wireless reception (in my room) was useless and although wired connection was available, no cable was provided.

The location and spaciousness of the rooms. It also has a very good deli below, which being an apartment was useful..

It could use more instructions/ comments etc in English.

We loved this place! The apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the port and office building across the street. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we had more than enough space for the two of us. The fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms were a bonus. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated during our stay when temperatures reached 30 degrees. The location was fantastic, with restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We even had the pleasure of watching boats from our windows. The service was excellent, with thoughtful touches like a complimentary sparkling wine on my birthday. we had a wonderful experience here.
